Join the Northampton Town Girls Pathway — a growing programme committed to providing young female players with a supportive and high-quality environment to learn, progress, and thrive through sport.

🔍 Who We’re Looking For:

We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic coaches for the following age groups:

• U8 (Under 8s)
• U10 (Under 10s)
• U12 (Under 12s)

Whether you already hold the FA Introduction to Football qualification or are eager to obtain it, we welcome both new and experienced candidates. We’re here to support your coaching journey every step of the way.

💼 Training & Development Support

Thanks to available funding, we can:

• Cover the cost of the FA Introduction to Football course
• Support progression to the UEFA C Licence for selected coaches

This is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills, gain experience, and play a key role in the sport’s development.

📅 Weekly Commitment:

• Training: Wednesdays, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Matches: Saturday mornings
