Desert Falcons Football Club, one of the fastest-growing junior football academies in the Gulf region, is recruiting for two key positions to strengthen its technical and coaching leadership. 🔹 1. Technical Director — Desert Falcons FC

📍 Location: Dubai | Full-time (48 hours/week over 6 days)
💰 Salary: Competitive

✦ Key Responsibilities:

Lead and implement the academy’s overall football strategy and operations.
Supervise department heads across recruitment, sports science, player welfare, and performance.
Develop and monitor KPIs for performance, retention, progression, and business ROI.
Build and manage strategic partnerships with professional clubs, governing bodies, training providers, and sponsors.
Drive talent identification and retention strategies for players and staff.
Ensure the academy delivers technical excellence and commercial sustainability.
Represent the club in external engagements, media appearances, and stakeholder presentations.
Oversee regulatory compliance, safeguarding protocols, and quality assurance standards.

✦ Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum UEFA B coaching license.
Proven leadership experience within an academy, sports enterprise, or professional club.
Deep understanding of youth-to-pro football development models with a business-oriented mindset.
Degree in sports management, business administration, or related field (preferred).
Knowledge of budgeting, P&L management, and sports operations planning.
Experience in negotiating technical and commercial partnerships.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of international football systems and cross-border player development.

🔹 2. Academy Coach — Desert Falcons FC

📍 Location: Dubai | Full-time (40 hours/week)

✦ Key Responsibilities:

Coach and manage boys’ and girls’ youth teams.
Deliver high-quality training sessions aligned with the club’s coaching curriculum.
Support school training programs, community events, and holiday camps.
Play an active role in growing the visibility and reputation of the academy.
Provide regular feedback to players and communicate with parents.
Collaborate with the coaching staff on player development and academy planning.
