❌ Winning at all costs… even if it means forgetting the kids

They warm up. They hope. But they never get on.
Every weekend, thousands of children live the same scene: 90 minutes on the bench.

Why? Because at 10 years old, some coaches believe winning is more important than developing.

😡 The bench is not a punishment!

This isn’t the Champions League. It’s not even La Liga.
It’s a Saturday morning U11 game. And still, some kids never get to play.

“Your ego shouldn’t cost other kids their childhood.”
– Jorg van der Breggen, Dutch FA Manager

When football becomes a tool for exclusion, it forgets its real mission: to help kids grow.

🧠 Nobody will remember the score… But they will remember how you made them feel

No one will care about the 3–1 win over Saint-Michel FC in 2018.
But those kids will remember that season — the one spent waiting.

Waiting for a chance. A signal. A few minutes on the pitch.
And every match without a single minute played slowly kills their love for the game.

⚖️ Playing time is a right — not a luxury

Yes, every child deserves to play. It’s not a favor. It’s a necessity.

You don’t need to be Pedri at age 10 to deserve minutes.
You learn by playing — not by watching from the bench.

And if you truly want to build champions, start by building confident human beings.

📢 At Globe Strikers, we say it loud and clear:

Stop benching kids. Football is for everyone.
